Architectural Installations
Deborah Barnard creates Fused / Kilnformed Glass pieces for a variety of indoor and outdoor architectural installations.

db Studio resident artist, Deborah Barnard, was commissioned by Washington State University to design and install a donor wall for their new Wine Science Center located on the WSU Tri-Cities campus in Richland, Washington.
Deborah was honored to have the opportunity to contribute her glass work to this internationally recognized wine research and education center. These pieces reflect interpretations of what one might see via a microscope in researching wine production.

Deborah Barnard of db Studio stands beside her installed gift to the new American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in Salt Lake City. This work combines techniques Deborah learned from glass artisans Richard Parrish and Nathan Sandberg; both of whom are often Guest Artists conducting workshops at db Studios. The piece portrays a pathway/journey.
